YK-200 Plasma CNC Torch

Description

The YK-200 is a machine-mounted plasma torch intended for CNC cutting tables rather than hand use. It holds the electrode, swirl ring, nozzle and cap in alignment, carries current, gas and the pilot-arc circuit from the power source through its lead, and clamps to the Z axis so the controller can manage its height while cutting.

Signs that the torch body itself needs replacing include arcing inside the head, cracked insulators, damaged threads that no longer hold the consumables firmly, and air leaks along the lead or at the fittings. First try fresh consumables, check air pressure and moisture, and inspect the connection at the power source end for burnt pins.

When ordering, confirm the connector type that plugs into your plasma source, the lead length your table needs, and the barrel diameter that fits your torch holder.
