P80 BlackWolf Torch

Description

This is a P80-type plasma cutting torch sold under the BlackWolf name. The torch is the working end of an air plasma system: it receives current and compressed air through its cable, houses the electrode, nozzle and shield cap, and directs the arc onto steel, stainless, aluminium and other conductive metals.

A torch is worth replacing when the head is cracked or burned, the threads no longer hold the consumables securely, the trigger or start signal becomes unreliable, or the cable jacket is cut and leaking air. Worn consumables or wet air cause many cutting problems, so rule those out first, and never drag the torch by its cable.

Before ordering, check how the torch connects to your plasma machine, whether you need a hand torch or a machine torch, and which cable length suits your work area.
