YK-100 Plasma CNC Torch
Description
The YK-100 is a machine plasma torch built for automated cutting on CNC tables. Mounted in the torch holder on the Z axis, it delivers the plasma arc that cuts sheet and plate, and it carries the YK-100 consumables that shape and stabilise that arc.
On CNC tables the torch takes knocks from tipped-up parts and collisions, so check the mounting after any crash and confirm the torch is still square to the plate, because a tilted torch produces bevelled edges. Watch for heat discoloration on the body, loosely seated consumables, or air leaks at the lead fittings. If your table has a breakaway or collision-detection holder, test it regularly.
To get the right YK-100 replacement, tell us which plasma source it connects to, the lead length you have now, and how the torch is held on your gantry.
