Maintenance for CNC and laser machines

Top Laser's maintenance team repairs fiber laser, CO2 laser, CNC router, laser welding and surface engraving machines — whether the machine was supplied by Top Laser or elsewhere, and whether it is in or out of warranty. Each job starts with finding the cause of the fault, followed by the repair or replacement of the failed part from our spare-parts stock.

The more precise your description, the faster the diagnosis: say exactly what happens and since when, whether the controller shows an error message, and attach one or more photos of the suspect part. Beyond sudden breakdowns, routine maintenance — cleaning mirrors and lenses, lubricating the axes, checking cooling and wiring — helps avoid production stops.

Typical jobs include weak cutting or engraving power, inaccurate dimensions or a drifting path, an axis that stops or a motor making unusual noise, laser tube and power supply faults, chiller (cooling) problems, and controller or software faults. In every case the technician explains the cause and the proposed fix before starting the repair.
