Spindle Dust Brush For CNC router

Description

The spindle dust brush is a ring of bristles that hangs around the spindle of a CNC router as part of the dust hood. It forms a flexible curtain between the hood and the workpiece, keeping chips and fine dust where the extraction hose can pull them away instead of scattering them across the shop.

As the bristles wear they become short or uneven and leave gaps, and dust starts escaping and settling on the rails and gantry. The brush should just touch the material surface; if it is too short suction drops, and if it presses too hard it can drag light parts out of place. Check it at every tool change and blow out dust trapped in the bristles.
