Spindle End Plug Connectors

Description

A spindle end plug is the connector that joins the power cable from the inverter (VFD) to the terminals of a CNC router spindle motor. It is typically a round, multi-pin plug with a threaded locking ring, carrying the motor phases and the ground wire while staying seated under constant vibration.

A failing plug usually shows up as a spindle that stops or stutters, an inverter fault message, or darkened, loose or corroded pins inside the coupling. Isolate the inverter completely before opening it, wire each conductor to the same pin it occupied on the old plug, and tighten the outer ring fully so dust and moisture cannot get in.

Count the pins on your current connector and note whether you need the male half, the female half or the complete pair. A clear photo of the old plug is normally enough for the Top Laser team to identify the matching part, and you can ask about it at our Shubra spare-parts outlet or any branch.
