Nozzle YK-200H (1.3mm – 1.6mm – 1.8mm – 2.2mm)

Description

Designed for the YK-200 plasma torch, this nozzle is available in four orifice sizes: 1.3 mm, 1.6 mm, 1.8 mm and 2.2 mm. The wider spread, reaching 2.2 mm, lets one torch cover a broader range of cutting currents, from lighter sheet work to heavier plate on the same CNC table.

Signs that a YK-200H nozzle is worn include an arc that flares instead of staying tight, a cut edge bevelled on one side, slower piercing, or a burnt ring around the orifice. Double arcing, often caused by touching the plate or piercing too low, can ruin a nozzle in a single cut, so set pierce height and delay correctly.

Match the orifice to the amperage you actually run, and if you switch between thin and thick material, keep a separate nozzle for each setting. Please confirm that your torch is the YK-200 model first, because YK-100H nozzles do not interchange with it.
