Description

The RichAuto A11 motherboard is the interface board of the A11 DSP control system used on many CNC routers. It receives commands from the handheld controller through the connecting cable and passes step and direction signals to the axis drivers, while also handling inputs such as limit and home switches and outputs such as spindle start.

A failing board usually shows up as one axis that stops responding while the others move, inputs that are no longer detected, or a spindle that will not switch on even though the handle shows the command was sent. Before condemning the board, check its power supply, the 50-pin cable and the terminal screws, since loose wiring causes similar symptoms.
