RichAuto hand Cable 50 pin

Description

This 50-pin cable connects the RichAuto A11 handheld controller to its interface board on a CNC router. Every command from the handle, from jogging an axis to running a file from USB, travels through its conductors, along with the signals returned from the board, so a sound cable is essential for the whole control system.

Cable faults are easy to mistake for a broken handle: a blank or flickering screen, communication errors, or keys that work only when the cable is moved. Inspect both connectors for bent pins and the outer jacket for cuts or crushing, route the cable away from motor and spindle power leads, and only plug or unplug it with the machine switched off.

Make sure the replacement has the same 50-pin connectors and enough length to reach from the board to where the operator stands. If you are not sure the cable is the culprit, ask a Top Laser branch to test it alongside your handle before ordering.
