Description
A manual lubricator is a small lever-operated pump with an oil reservoir that feeds lubricant through thin tubes to the linear guide blocks, ball screws and racks of CNC router and plasma machines. Each stroke of the lever pushes oil to every connected point, keeping a thin protective film on moving parts without dismantling anything.
Use it on a fixed schedule that reflects running hours and shop dust, always with the oil grade recommended for your guides. Keep the reservoir topped up and wipe the filler cap so dust and chips stay out. If the lever moves with unusual ease or some blocks stay dry, look for a cracked tube, a loose fitting or a blocked distributor.
