Description

This electric lubricator runs on 220V and turns oiling on CNC router and plasma machines into an automatic routine. A built-in motor pump draws oil from the tank and sends it through the distribution lines to the guides, screws and racks at regular intervals, so lubrication no longer depends on the operator's memory.

After installation, set the run and pause times to suit the machine's duty: too little oil leads to wear, while too much attracts dust and drips onto the material. Check the oil level regularly and confirm the pump actually runs each cycle. A pump that hums but delivers nothing usually points to an empty tank, air in the line or a clogged filter.
