Linear guideway carriage HG-25
Description
The HG-25 linear guideway carriage carries the moving axes of CNC routers and laser cutters along a size 25 rail. Steel balls circulate in closed tracks inside the block, letting it take load from several directions. Being larger than size 20, it offers more load capacity and is a common choice for heavier gantries.
Before swapping a block, inspect the rail: pitting, rust or dents on the raceway will quickly ruin a new carriage. Keep the new block on its plastic sleeve until it slides onto the rail, tighten the screws evenly, then push the axis by hand over its full travel to find any tight spots.
