Terminal wire connectors

Description

Terminal wire connectors, known in Egyptian workshops as rozetta, are the terminal blocks used to join and distribute wires inside the electrical cabinet of CNC, laser and plasma machines. They give a secure screw or clamp connection between power cables, control wiring and components, keeping the wiring tidy and easy to trace during service.

Loose or overheated terminals are a common cause of intermittent faults that are hard to track down. Discolored plastic, melted edges, a burnt smell or a wire that pulls out easily are signs that a block needs replacing. Always isolate power before working, strip each wire to the correct length, and use ferrules on stranded conductors where possible.
