Lens tube ( liquid cooling )

Description

This lens tube is the part of a CO2 laser cutting head that holds the focus lens at its working distance above the material, built with a liquid-cooling jacket around the lens area. Circulating water carries away heat absorbed by the lens and tube body, a design typically used on higher-power heads.

Before each shift, check the water inlet and outlet fittings for drips and make sure coolant really flows through the jacket, not just the laser tube circuit. A kinked hose or loose fitting can let water reach the lens and damage its coating. Avoid water cold enough to cause condensation on the lens in humid weather. When removing the lens for cleaning, note its orientation and refit it the same way with its sealing ring in place.

Match the lens diameter, the thread or mounting style that joins the tube to your head, and the size of the water connectors. Send photos of the head assembly and existing tube to Top Laser so the team can identify the correct liquid-cooled version.
